What time should I arrive?
Please arrive promptly at 6:00pm in order to start the ceremony on time. Please avoid arriving earlier than 6pm as you may not be permitted to enter early due to NYBG park operations.
How do I get to the venue?
The NYBG is easily accessible by public transit or car. We recommend the Metro North railroad. For more details on transportation, please see the "Transit" page on our website.
What is the dress code?
We encourage guests to take inspiration from the spring garden party wedding theme. We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. Color is encouraged! Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the size constraints of the venue, we respectfully ask that only those named on the invitation attend.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside, with the opportunity to go outside for fresh air anytime you'd like :)

Will I have time to explore NYC?
We know that getting to New York City requires a bit of travel for many of our guests, so we want to make sure that we leave you some time to go explore.
We will not have any scheduled events the day after the wedding. We encourage you to use your free time to walk, explore, eat, and experience!
What are the beverage options?
The open bar service includes select spirits, house wines (red, white and sparkling) and beer varieties. Non-alcoholic options include soft drinks, sparkling water, still water, mixers, and juices.
What food will be offered?
The cocktail hour will offer tray passed hors d'oeuvres and table reception stations. Seated dinner will include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Beverages will be available throughout the evening.
What time does the reception end?
The reception, dinner and dancing will last from 8pm to midnight.
